Haydan Lee has a background in financial services, with experience in customer care, account management, and commercial loan processing. Currently, at Lumi since April 2022, Haydan serves as a Team Lead for Retention and previously held roles as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in the same department. Prior to Lumi, Haydan worked at Greenstone Financial Services from August 2018 to April 2022, where positions included Customer Care Manager, Senior Customer Care Officer, and Team Manager. Before Greenstone, Haydan was at Credit Corp from November 2016 to August 2018 as a Commercial Loan Processor. Haydan graduated from TAFE NSW with a Cert III in Financial Services, focusing on banking and financial support services.
