Thomas Ackling

Thomas Ackling is a seasoned professional in software engineering and agile practices, currently serving as Technical Lead at Lumi since April 2021, after holding roles as Senior Software Engineer in the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Airtasker as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer from June 2019 to April 2021, and at ASG Group between January 2018 and June 2019 as Senior Solutions Consultant and Regional Agile Capability Lead for South Australia. Thomas also contributed as Meetup Leader for the Adelaide Agile Meetup from January 2014 to March 2019 and worked at SMS Management & Technology from January 2013 to January 2018 in various capacities, including Regional Agile Capability Lead for South Australia. Brief experiences as Software Engineer at Leading Directions and as Software Engineer Intern at Google preceded a solid educational foundation with dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
