Karmen Vladar's work experience is as follows:

- Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pretoria from January 2005 to November 2005.

- Marketing, Office & Logistics Manager at Audience Alive from January 2006 to May 2009.

- Global Marketing Manager at IML Ltd (now Lumi) from June 2009 to February 2010.

- Marketing Manager (assisting with Sales and Operations) at Lumi Global from March 2010 to July 2017.

- Relationship Manager at Lumi Global from March 2014 to July 2017.

- Global CRM Manager at Lumi Global from July 2017 to March 2023.

- Head of Marketing Communications at Lumi Global from March 2023 to present.

Karmen Vladar completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing (Honors) at the University of Pretoria from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Tuine High School from 1997 to 2001. Karmen also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, obtained in the year 2020.
