Sylvie Harton

Sylvie Harton has extensive experience in strategy, business development, and partnership management. Sylvie is currently serving as the Chief Business Strategy Officer at Lumi Global since April 2023. Prior to this, Sylvie held multiple roles at Notified, where they were promoted successively to SVP, Global Head of Strategy, PR and IR Solutions, SVP, Global Head of Strategy and Public Relations Solutions, and SVP, Global Head of Strategy. In these positions, they led restructuring and turnaround efforts, developed new leadership teams, and implemented strategic planning processes. Sylvie also played a key role in transforming the PR Solutions business model to a SaaS model, driving increased subscription revenue. Before joining Notified, Sylvie worked at Nasdaq, where they served as Vice President Global Business Development & Partnerships and at Marketwired, where they held the position of Vice President, Business Development. In these roles, they developed and deployed partnership strategies, generated significant revenue, and closed major deals. Additionally, Sylvie has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at the University of New Haven. Sylvie holds a strong track record of driving growth, strategic direction, and financial performance in the organizations they have been a part of.
