Operations Team

The Operations Team at Lumi Global is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the company's technology solutions during AGMs, investor meetings, conferences, and events. This includes overseeing real-time audience engagement technology, managing the logistics of software and hardware deployment, coordinating with regional operations managers to ensure consistency and reliability, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise. They work closely with event organizers and transfer agents to ensure seamless registration, secure voting, polling, and Q&A management, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of both in-person and virtual meetings.
