Melissa Melonson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and marketing sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Lumi Hospitality since March 2016, Melissa has driven brand development and digital strategies for clients in the hospitality, travel, and real estate industries. In December 2023, Melissa became the Owner of Emrey Group LLC, overseeing unique hospitality concepts that include Emrey's Specialty Sweets Sodas and The 196 Club. Melissa also serves as a Board Member for the Hartford Chamber of Commerce, supporting small businesses in Hartford. As the Founder and Managing Owner of weHartford.com, Melissa has established a resource for local experiences in the Greater Hartford area. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Rebel Interactive Group and Horizon Marketing Group, along with significant contributions to notable marketing initiatives for brands like Dos Equis and Hpnotiq.
