Vanessa Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, technical writing, and business analysis. As the Founder and Mindset Coach at Best Life Project since October 2017, Vanessa focuses on helping individuals find passion and purpose in their careers, drawing on the understanding that a significant portion of the workforce feels disengaged. In addition, Vanessa serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Writer at Lumi.Media, and previously held roles at Databee Business Systems and the University of South Australia, where responsibilities included documentation development and management of enrolment processes. Vanessa's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology, various certifications in coaching and training, and participation in an entrepreneurial business accelerator program.
