Rebecca Paterson

Rebecca Paterson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lumia Care since April 2025, following a similar role at Dental Health Services Victoria from October 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, roles at GenesisCare included National Integration Manager for Medical Oncology and Service of the Future Manager, where responsibilities encompassed integrating acquired businesses and leading radiotherapy planning transformation projects. Rebecca's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Alfred Health, as well as clinical roles at Royal Adelaide Hospital. Rebecca holds an MBA from RMIT University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing from the University of Adelaide, and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of South Australia, complemented by training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
