Victor Manfrinato de Oliveira is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the development and production of medical products. Currently serving as Development and Production Manager at Lumiar HealthCare since March 2016, Victor is responsible for strategic project planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management, as well as optimizing systems for product commercialization.
