Carlos Rueda

Carlos Rueda is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in technology recruitment with a focus on Embedded, Firmware, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, and ML/AI. Currently serving as Team Leader at Lumicity since November 2018, Carlos has also held various roles, including Principal Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant at Vivid Resourcing. In addition, Carlos is the Founder of Firmware Focus, an innovative network for embedded systems and electrical engineering professionals, and co-founded the Data Engineering Social Club to facilitate global discussions among Data Engineers. Carlos's earlier experience includes roles as a Leasing Specialist at The Scion Group and Collier Companies, with responsibilities related to client interactions, property management, and revenue generation. Carlos earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University between 2015 and 2018.
