Barry Solomon

Barry Solomon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Barry started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Communication Machinery Corporation, where they designed and built products and implemented test automation. Barry then transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Sales Engineer at the same company, overseeing sales, sales engineering, and product marketing.

Following their time at Communication Machinery Corporation, Barry worked as a Principal Sales Engineer at Zenprise, where they were responsible for software sales and provided technical support to clients. Barry then took on the role of Senior Developer at HRPlus, where they developed and maintained web-based enterprise systems.

Barry's career then led him to become a Contract Programmer/Architect at i3logix, Inc., where they designed and developed new functionality for various platforms and implemented load testing strategies. Barry also worked as a Senior Developer (Contract) at HRPlus, focusing on application development and maintenance.

Barry's expertise in technical sales and testing continued to grow as they became a PreSales Senior Specialist at SAP America Inc., representing SAP's Application Lifecycle Management tools and services to Fortune 100 companies. Barry also worked as a Senior Test Automation Lead at ALP INTERNATIONAL CORP, where they developed automated testing frameworks and customized automation tools.

Barry then joined MAPP Trap/The Creditors Network as a CTO/Co-Founder of The Credit Collective, overseeing the design and implementation of a credit referencing website. Barry worked with nearly 250 manufacturers in the toy, education, and game industries to exchange credit references and sales leads.

Most recently, Barry has been a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Testim.io, where they represented the company's SaaS testing solution and created custom solutions to solve complex customer requirements.

In 2023, Barry joined Control Plane Corporation as a Senior Sales Engineer, and they subsequently joined Lumigo as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer.

Barry Solomon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, from 1982 to 1987. Barry also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from UCLA during the same period. In addition, they have obtained a Testim Specialist certification from Tricentis in October 2022.
