Justin Hochsprung has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Marketing/Sales Intern at Viking Beverages. In 2012, they were a Student Manager Information Desk at St. John's University, where they managed the schedule of 20 different students and coached employees on how to handle guests. From 2014 to 2020, Justin worked at Siteimprove, starting as an Account Executive, then becoming a Manager Business Development, Senior Manager Sales Business Development, and finally Director of Business Development. During their time at Siteimprove, Justin trained Account Executives and Business Development Executives on solution sales methodologies, collaborated with the leadership team to clarify SaaS objectives, and provided reps with a tiered go-to-market strategy. Justin also evaluated the business environment and market trends to acquire new demographics, initiated and closed sales for clients, and consistently averaged over 115% of sales quotas. In 2014, Justin also worked as a Dealer Account Manager at Westlake Financial Services, selling technical software and banking services to all management verticals. Finally, in 2020, Justin joined Rollbar as the Director of Business Development, directing the team to ensure performance expectations were met by executing and exceeding targeted pipeline and revenue goals leading to 70% YOY growth. Justin also trained a remote team on solution sales methodologies and implemented and trained reps on sales tools. Currently, Justin is the Sales Director at Lumigo.
