Cathy Tan

Cathy Tan is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury management and accounting. Currently serving as the Global Treasury Controller at Philips Lumileds since February 2015, Cathy previously held the position of Treasury Director at TP Vision, where significant achievements included establishing a new treasury management system and improving cash management processes. Cathy’s earlier experience includes roles at Philips as a Senior Treasury Controller, ING Bank as a Senior Financial Accountant and Senior Internal Auditor, and Takata Corporation as an Accounting Manager. Cathy began a career in auditing with KPMG and PwC. Education includes an ACCA from the UK, an MBA from Webster University, and a CPA from the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, alongside a Master's degree in Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
