Doug Lesser

Doug Lesser has accumulated extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Doug began their career at Hella in 2003, where they held the position of Director of Design and Development for almost a decade. In 2012, they transitioned to Grakon as a Program Manager for two years. Since joining Lumileds in 2014, Doug has held various roles, including Product Manager from 2014 to 2017, Director of Product Management from 2017 to 2019, and currently holds the position of Director of Automotive Development Quality.

Doug Lesser earned an Associate's degree in Power Equipment Tech from Michigan State University in 1976. Doug later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Chemistry at EMU, completing their studies in 1989.
