Rock Dai

Rock Dai has extensive experience in quality management and product development within the electronics and automotive industries. Currently serving as Sr. Development Quality Manager at Lumileds since June 2016, Rock Dai ensures adherence to product development processes while managing project risks, product specifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this, Rock Dai held positions including Sr. Customer Quality Manager and Customer Quality & Failure Analysis Manager at Autoliv Electronics, where responsibilities included managing customer quality teams and maintaining customer relationships with major automotive clients. Rock Dai also has a background in component engineering and failure analysis, with earlier roles at Jabil and Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. Rock Dai holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Science and Technology from Shanghai University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University.
