KC Lai is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Philips Lumileds, a position held since 2011. Prior to this, KC served as Operations Director at Osram Opto Semiconductors from 2009 to 2011 and held various roles, including Operations Director and Regional LEAN Director, at AMD from 1986 to 2007.
