Victor Titzing

Victor Titzing has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to compensation, benefits, and human resources. Victor started their career in 1998 as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at KPN. Victor then moved on to work at companies like TNT, PostNL, ACN, and TomTom, where they held positions such as Corporate HR Consultant, Compensation & Benefits Officer, and Global Compensation & Benefits Manager. In 2011, they joined Nederlandse Spoorwegen as an International Compensation & Benefits Manager. Currently, Victor is working at Lumileds, where they initially served as the Director of Performance & Rewards EMEA, responsible for integrating and harmonizing various HR functions.
