Stephanie Hill has extensive work experience in project management and business consulting. Stephanie is currently serving as a Project Manager at Lumin Digital since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Finastra for several years in various roles including Project Manager, Business Consultant, Project Coordinator, Implementation Specialist, and Team Lead and Support Specialist. Stephanie has also worked at LenderLive as an Application Support Specialist and at Ameriquest Mortgage Co as a Helpdesk and Severity Problem Analyst. Early in their career, they gained valuable experience at IBM as a Helpdesk, SME, QA Focal, where they supported large external clients and worked on a transition team for JP Morgan Chase Bank. Stephanie's expertise lies in project management, software implementation, customer support, and technical troubleshooting.

Stephanie Hill's education history begins with their graduation from Thornton High School in 1997, where they obtained their diploma. Following that, they attended Front Range Community College from 2002 to 2003, earning a Certificate in Networking. Stephanie furthered their education at Regis University from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Business/Commerce, General but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has also obtained three certifications: Adaptive Project Leadership, Agile Foundations, and Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, all acquired in April 2021 through LinkedIn.
