Jonathon Gellings

Jonathon Gellings is currently a Product Manager at Lumin. Prior to this, they were with Sigora Solar for just over three years, where they held various positions such as Technical Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Sales Operations Manager, and Sales Operations Coordinator. Jonathon started at Sigora Solar as a Solar Sales Analyst in May 2016.

At Sigora Solar, Jonathon was responsible for designing new features for the company's sales tool, assisting with the development and launch of the sales tool, maintaining relationships with integration partners, overseeing data flow via API between the company's software and CRM, and creating and maintaining sales and software training materials. As Business Analyst, they also developed operations pipeline reporting for upper management and the C-Suite, co-defined the definition of project stages for several departments, provided departmental reports for teams to see and manage their individual pipelines, assisted in the customization of and transition to a new CRM, and evaluated bi-weekly residential commissions for all Sales Analysts. In their role as Sales Operations Manager, they were responsible for managing the sales operations team. And as Sales Operations Coordinator, they were responsible for coordinating sales operations activities.

Before working in solar sales, Jonathon worked in customer service and operations for a number of years. Jonathon has a degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

Jonathon Gellings has a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University. Jonathon is certified from PADI in PADI Open Water Diver and from National Association of State Boating Law Administrators in NASBLA Boater Education Card.
