Aswin Andrison has a diverse work experience in various industries. Aswin is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Lumina, a community-powered job platform for frontline and gig workers in Southeast Asia. Aswin has also developed a GPT-powered automation tool for B2B and AI companies called www.tazker.ai. Aswin's work at Lumina has garnered significant success with 1 million workers onboarded in just 6 months after the app launch. Lumina is backed by renowned investors including Y Combinator, Monk's Hill, Alpha JWC, Goodwater Capital, SWC Global, and January Capital.

Prior to Lumina, Aswin worked as a Venture Scout at Monk's Hill Ventures. Aswin co-founded STOQO, where they served as the CEO from 2017 to 2020. STOQO is a company focused on providing technology solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Aswin gained experience in consulting and strategy roles. Aswin worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2016, where they contributed to various projects. As an intern at PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. in 2013, they gained exposure to the investment industry.

Aswin's earlier career included roles at IBM as a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Innovation, Honeywell as a Control & Automation Engineer, and EB2 International as a Software Engineer.

Aswin Andrison pursued their education starting from an unknown date at UNSW, where they completed a BSc / BE degree in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering. Afterward, they attended the London Business School from 2012 to 2014 to pursue an MBA degree. Additionally, Aswin participated in exchange programs at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University in 2013.
