Ben Cole

Ben Cole is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in both business strategy and mechanical engineering. As the VP of Business Strategy at Lumina Solar since August 2021, Ben leads a proactive team focused on scalability, process improvements, and operational efficiency within the solar industry. Prior to this role, Ben founded C3 Engineering, specializing in the design and analysis of complex mechanical systems for the military defense sector. Ben's earlier tenure at Textron Systems involved significant contributions as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, where management of engineering teams and technical leadership were key responsibilities. Ben holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech.
