Colin Gload

Colin Gload has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. Colin currently works as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Lumina Solar, where they are responsible for driving revenue growth. Prior to this, they co-founded the company and served as the VP of Sales. Colin also worked as a Solar Consultant (Team Lead) at Direct Energy Solar from 2015 to 2017. Colin has experience in residential sales management, having served as the Residential Sales Director at Solar Gaines LLC from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Colin worked at CNC Solar as a Solar Array Design & Inside Sales representative in 2011 and 2012.

Colin Gload earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the CRO Accelerator Course Certification from The CRO Collective in August 2023, the Certified Agile Leadership certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2023, the Tesla Certified Powerwall Installer certification from Tesla in March 2019, and the PV Technical Sales Professional certification from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in November 2018.
