Erin McGaunn

Erin McGaunn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erin'smost recent position was as VP of Residential Operations at Lumina Solar, where they have been working since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Residential Operations at the same company from June 2018 to June 2022.

Before joining Lumina Solar, Erin worked as a Project Coordinator at EDF Renewable Energy from October 2017 to June 2018, where they were responsible for managing the Annapolis Solar Park project.

Erin also held roles at Direct Energy Solar, where they worked as a Project Team Manager from August 2016 to October 2017 and as a Senior Project Lead from August 2015 to February 2017. Erin'sresponsibilities included supervising project teams, coordinating installations, and communicating with customers.

Erin's previous experience includes working as a Grants Administrator & Emergency Support at the Maryland Energy Administration from March 2014 to August 2015, and as a Project Manager and Office Manager at Renewable Energy Corporation from April 2011 to May 2013.

Before transitioning to the renewable energy industry, Erin worked as an Insurance Agent specializing in Senior care at Bankers Life from 2010 to 2011. Erin also had experience as a Permit Expeditor at STV, Inc. from 2004 to 2009, and as an Administrative Assistant at John's Hopkins University Physics and Astronomy from April 1998 to April 2000.

Erin McGaunn began their education in 2002 at Baltimore International College, where they pursued a degree in restaurant management. Erin completed their studies in 2004. In 2009, Erin enrolled in UMUC, and from 2009 to 2011, they focused on Environmental Management as their field of study. Additionally, Erin has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they acquired their OSHA 10 certification from OSHA. The following year, in 2019, they completed the DOT/IATA/IMDG Lithium Battery Training from DGI Training Inc. Most recently, in 2020, Erin obtained their OSHA-30 certification from OSHA-Training.com.
