Janai Raphael

Janai Raphael is a Strategy Officer for Participation at Lumina Foundation. Prior to this role, Janai worked as a Senior Program Manager at Achieve Atlanta and as a Program Coordinator at District of Columbia Public Schools. Janai's experience also includes roles such as Student Transition Specialist at Achieve Atlanta and Graduate Assistant for Research & Data Analysis at National College Attainment Network. Janai holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland.
