Dmitry D. began their career in 2020 as Co-Founder of Luminai, formerly DigitalBrain, an external layer on top of existing helpdesks to help customers get through their support tickets twice as fast. In 2021, they joined Interact as a Fellow, a community mission-driven technologists.

Dmitry D. attended Y Combinator from 2020 to 2020, where they completed the S20 program.
