Algernon Trotter

Algernon Trotter is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in sales and operational leadership within the industry. Currently serving as the Founder of LUMINAIR since January 2024, Algernon previously held the role of Flight Director at IWA: Private Aviation Advisors from July 2023 to April 2024. Notable tenure at AIR HAMBURG Luftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH spanned from May 2014 to July 2023, where Algernon advanced from Head of International Sales to Vice President Sales, significantly contributing to the company's growth and strategic direction in aircraft sales and client management. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at PrivateFly, culminating as Head of the Flight Department, where Algernon was instrumental in operational management and client relations, as well as a brief role as Political Relations Officer at the British Business & General Aviation Association. Algernon holds a Politics BA (Hons) in Political Science and Government from the University of Leeds, complementing a strong foundation from Rugby School.
