Roxana Gutierrez Castillo is an experienced operations coordinator with a strong background in customer service and business ownership. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator and Showroom Assistant at Luminaire since January 2021, Roxana also owns Eternal Blooms LA, a business specializing in preserving flowers for significant events. Prior experience includes a role as a Keyholder at Marshalls Convenience Stores, where exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies were paramount, and an internship at Design Alliance LA.
