Eleanor Lightbody

Eleanor is Chief Executive Officer at Luminance. She is a former Director at the world-leading cyber AI company, Darktrace, where she acted as the Global Head of the organization’s Industrial Division for nearly two years. Prior to this, Eleanor founded and grew Darktrace’s commercial operations in Africa. With a wealth of experience in scaling fast-growing technology businesses, Eleanor will oversee Luminance’s product development and leads the company’s continued global expansion. She has a degree in Geography and Spanish from the University of Exeter and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Cape Town. In recognition of her work in the technology sector, Eleanor won the prestigious ‘Innovation Trailblazer Award’ at Law.com’s 2021 Legal Innovation Awards and made Management Today's '35 Women under '27; list.
