Matt Gajda serves as the Director of Quality & Engineering Excellence at Luminar Technologies, leading Lidar/ADAS Quality teams focused on quality and process/product improvement. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Executive Vice President at ASI Consulting Group, overseeing a $30 million annual budget and managing global business development and strategy. Matt's experience includes significant roles at General Motors, where as Sr. Manager of Competitive Operations Engineering, Matt implemented strategies saving $40 million, and at Ford Motor Company, where lean manufacturing efforts resulted in $23 million in savings. Furthermore, Matt has experience in business consulting with PwC and has served as adjunct faculty at Wayne State University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
