Stefan Franz

Stefan Franz is an experienced leader in software development for autonomous driving technologies, with a focus on LiDAR and camera-based systems. As the Head of ADAS Functions and AD Platform Development at Luminar Technologies from July 2022 to July 2023, Stefan managed software teams shaping the company's autonomous driving product strategy. Prior experience includes roles at HENSOLDT as Product Area Manager for Eurofighter Radar Software and at Daimler AG as Function Owner for Near-Field Perception, where Stefan led cross-functional teams in developing advanced driver assistance systems.
