Emma Andrews has a diverse and extensive work experience in various strategic roles. Emma most recently worked as the Director of Strategy at Luminary starting in May 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Consulting Strategist specializing in start-ups and scale-ups in Melbourne, Australia since February 2016. Emma also worked as a Strategy Director at Get Started from December 2016 to June 2018. Before that, Emma held the position of Head of Digital Marketing Services, University Partnerships (Contract) at Pearson from April 2016 to December 2016. Emma also worked as a Strategy Director and Head of Client Services (Contract) at Crafted Media from February 2014 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they were the Group Account Director at Pancentric Digital from May 2013 to February 2014, the Head of Digital Marketing and Director of Marketing at Towergate Underwriting Group Limited from November 2010 to May 2013, and the Head of Online at Go Ape from March 2009 to November 2010. Furthermore, they held the position of Senior Account Manager at Jacob Bailey from January 2006 to March 2009, and started their professional career as an Account Executive at The Finishing Post Design & Marketing Consultants from February 2005 to December 2005.
Emma Andrews completed a range of educational programs focused on Organisational Design. In 2001 to 2004, they obtained a First Class Hons degree in Management of Design and Innovation from De Montfort University. Emma later pursued several shorter courses and certifications, including a Leading Organisational Design program at Roffey Park Institute in 2022, a certificate in Organisational Design from the Australian HR Institute in 2022, and a short course on Organisational Design from Macquarie University in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the ODC Accredited Organisation Design Masterclass Programme through the European Organisation Design Forum.
