Lisa Hough

Lisa Hough, PCC, CPCC is the founder and coach at Lisa Hough Coaching & Consulting, where Lisa specializes in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and leadership development. With over a decade of experience, Lisa transforms clients' lives in various areas such as business, communication, relationships, wellbeing, and parenting. As an external coach and leadership advisor for Luminary, Lisa trains a team of over 70 employees. Previously, Lisa held consulting roles at MirrorWave, focusing on enhancing business relationships through innovative IT solutions, and founded The Wine Curator, specializing in wine events. Additional experience includes a relocation consultant role supporting corporate clients, a developer and realtor in green real estate, a senior sales and marketing executive in tourism, and a community liaison officer with the U.S. State Department in Beijing. Lisa holds a BA in International Studies and French from Emory University and has completed extensive leadership and personal development training.
