Janna Gilbert is the Partner and President at Luminary Labs, where Janna oversees open innovation services for government, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 clients. Janna is also the President of Luminary Labs, focusing on strategy and innovation client work, professional development, and business growth. Additionally, Janna serves as Head of Client Services, Client Partner, and mentors at Techstars Washington DC. Janna is also involved with WIN: Women in Innovation and previously worked at McKinsey & Company and Securitas Capital. Janna holds a MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School.
