Zoe Williams is the Founder of Luminary Mindset™ Consulting, a coaching and consultancy company aimed at supporting corporate organizations in creating a performance-driven culture focusing on emotional intelligence and impact. With a background in risk advisory, internal audit, financial analysis, and commercial bid analysis, Zoe has a strong foundation in management accounting and coaching, as well as a BA in Business Studies. Zoe has worked with companies such as Deloitte, Howdens Joinery Co, Mitie, Vodafone, and Virgin Media, showcasing expertise in various areas of business management and consultancy. Additionally, Zoe holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and is certified as an EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence.
