Eric Lovins

Eric Lovins has over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Most recently, they co-created and founded Luminate Bank and Luminate Home Loans, Inc in 2021. Prior to that, Eric was the Vice President at LeaderOne Financial from 2014-2021. Eric was previously the President of LandmarQ Lending, LLC from 2006-2010 and the President of Capital Financial from 2000-2003. Eric also worked as an Account Executive at HSBC/Decision One Mortgage from 2003-2006. Eric began their career as a Regional Manager at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation in 2010. Eric is known for being a mortgage banking innovator and testing their ideas for a modern, streamlined, strategic sales operation.

Eric Lovins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Loras College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
