Wanda Richman

Wanda Richman is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator currently at Luminate Bank since August 2025, dedicated to simplifying the home loan process for clients. Prior to this, Wanda held positions as a Licensed Loan Officer at New American Funding and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation between 2023 and 2025, and accumulated extensive experience at Caliber Home Loans and Franklin American Mortgage Company from 2010 to 2022. Wanda began a career in mortgage lending at Bank of America in 2006. Wanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
