John E. McGrath III

John E. McGrath III has over 30 years of experience in various industries, including finance, real estate, and pharmaceuticals. John E. currently holds the position of Branch Sales Manager and Division President at Luminate Home Loans, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Division President at LeaderOne Financial from 2018 to 2021. John E. has also served as the Division President at Primary Residential Mortgage from 2010 to 2017. Mr. McGrath has held roles as a Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage Master Inc., Bluewater Mortgage, and Countrywide. John E. began their career as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Roche Pharmaceuticals before transitioning into finance as a 401k Conversion Specialist at Scudder Investments.
