Pamela Lapham

Pamela Lapham has extensive experience in the legal and underwriting field. Pamela currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer at Luminate Home Loans, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Homebridge Financial Services, Inc., where they provided legal guidance to senior executives and managed litigation matters. Before that, they worked as a Senior Underwriting Counsel at First American Title, where they provided legal and underwriting support. Pamela also has experience as an Associate Counsel at Allegiance Title/Ticor Land Title Company and as a Special Projects Officer at Fidelity National Title and Commonwealth/Transnation Land Title Insurance Company.

Pamela Lapham completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Pre-Law at Michigan State University from 1989 to 1993. Pamela then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they briefly attended The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1995.
