Agnieszka Zdybel

Agnieszka Zdybel has a diverse work experience in operations and sales administration across various companies. Agnieszka is currently working as the Head of Sales Administration Europe at Luminator Technology Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Arrow Electronics from 2018 to 2023, where they held multiple roles such as Operations Team Manager, Operations Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, and Operations Administrator. Before that, they worked at Elhurt Sp. z o.o. from 2015 to 2018, where they held roles including NPI Deputy Manager, NPI Specialist, and NPI Assistant.

Agnieszka Zdybel completed their education from 2012 to 2016 at Gdańsk University of Technology, where they earned a degree in Engineering (Inż.) in the field of Management and Production Engineering. Agnieszka continued their education at Gdynia Maritime University from 2017 to 2018 and obtained a Master of Science in Engineering (Mgr inż.) in the field of Commodity Science and Quality Management. In addition to their academic degrees, Agnieszka Zdybel has obtained several certifications. In June 2017, they received a Sales Advisor Certificate from GAUM. In September 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Negotiation Argumentation, also from GAUM. In December 2014, they obtained an Internal Auditor Certificate for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 from Politechnika Gdańska. Finally, in February 2012, they received a German language certificate (DSD 2) from Kultusministerium.
