Siniša Kolarić

Sini Ninkovic is a seasoned professional in technical program management and product development, currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager for Generative AI at BetterUp since February 2022, leading significant AI initiatives. Prior to BetterUp, Sini authored a best-selling personal development book in 2021 and held positions such as Product Lead at Human, where product and market strategies were defined, and Global Product Launch Manager at Apple, managing launches for the Mac Division. Past experience includes managing product features at Lucid Motors for a $1.5 billion car program, and strategic development roles at McKinsey & Company and the BMW Group, overseeing partnerships for electric vehicle initiatives. Sini holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Behavioral Economics from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, and completed a Full-Stack Developer program at Le Wagon.
