Samantha Offringa is an experienced proposal manager and architect with a robust background in project management and business development across multiple architectural firms. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at Huseman Group since September 2024, Samantha previously held roles as Architect & Project Manager at PLATTE Architecture + Design, where significant achievements included securing permit approvals for the renovation of 23 historic buildings, and at BHDP Architecture, where collaborative efforts led to a successful 215K sq ft healthcare renovation. Earlier experience as an Architectural Design Consultant involved working with various firms like The Presidio Trust on graphic design and conservation projects. Samantha's career began at BAR Architects, contributing to diverse projects, and included roles in project coordination and sustainability-focused design during an internship at William McDonough + Partners. Education credentials include a Master's in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Business & Theory from Indiana University Bloomington.
