Stephan Gueorguiev

Stephan Gueorguiev has a diverse professional background. In 2014, they began working as an Investment Manager at August Equity LLP, where they were responsible for growth buyouts of profitable UK Technology companies. In 2018, they became an Investment Director at Foresight Group. In 2019, they took on Non Executive Director roles at Protean Software Ltd, INSPHERE Ltd, and Ixaris, where they also served as a Board Observer. In 2020, they added Non Executive Director roles at Titania Ltd, Nano Interactive, and Mcintyre Compliance Services. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Non Executive Director at Luminet, and in 2022 they began a Non Executive Director role at Ruleguard.

Stephan Gueorguiev completed an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD in 2007. Prior to that, they earned an MEng in Electrical Engineering and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 1996 and 2000.
