Robert O'Carroll

Robert O'Carroll, CPIM, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at LUMINOR Environmental Inc., leading the company through a rapid growth phase with a strong focus on people and processes to enhance customer value. O'Carroll has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management across various industries, including roles as Manufacturing Manager at Avidbots Corp., and Operations Manager at Rotzler Canada Inc. and Rotzler USA Inc., where key achievements included developing scalable production lines, establishing KPIs for productivity improvements, and managing ERP implementations. Additional accomplishments encompass successful project management at Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd., and materials management at Asco Aerospace Canada Ltd., where significant cost reductions and improved supplier relationships were achieved. O'Carroll holds a Master of Physics from the University of Bath.
