Janet Marinoff

Janet Marinoff has a wide range of experience in the human resources and recruiting field. Janet has worked at various companies throughout their career, starting with Metro Systems in 1987 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Janet then moved on to Programart Corporation in 1992, where they served as an Employment Manager for 8 years. In 2000, they joined Plural, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter before transitioning to Mitratech in 2004 as a Recruiting Manager. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Recruiting and Employee Relations at Guidance. Janet then joined TECHROMIX in 2015 as a Recruiting Manager before moving to Luminos Labs in the same year as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Luminos Labs as a Contract Recruiter since 2017. Janet Marinoff has a strong background in recruiting and human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.

Janet Marinoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Clark University.
