Dolly Arora

Dolly Arora is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd since July 2022, Dolly is responsible for driving the talent agenda and enhancing women's engagement within the organization.
