Mandeep Kumar has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Drafting and CAD/CADD. Mandeep has held roles such as Engineer, Design Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager - R&D Battery, and currently serves as the Senior Manager R&D at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd. Kumar has extensive experience in mold development, new product development, prototype testing, and product conceptualization. Mandeep also completed a Management development Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
