Ria Chaurasia

Ria Chaurasia currently serves as the Assistant Manager - Shared Services at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading the LumiNext Project for 2023, managing HR analytics, and overseeing various HR initiatives such as career pathing and compensation benchmarking. Previously, Ria held roles as Senior Executive in HRBP Operations and Talent Acquisition, focusing on employee life cycle management, attrition analysis, and driving recruitment strategies across multiple levels. A PGDM in Human Resource from Jaipuria Institute of Management was earned between 2018 and 2020, complementing an earlier BSC in Computer Science from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University acquired from 2015 to 2018. Ria's professional experience also includes an internship at Nucleus Software, where responsibilities involved liaising between HR and staff, as well as processing new hire information.
