Alessio Gallucci

Alessio Gallucci is a Digital Product Designer at Luminovo since September 2020, with prior experience as a UX Design Working Student at NavVis, where contributions included the UI design for a mobile app and a new hardware device, as well as rapid prototyping. A background in UX Design and Recruitment Analytics was developed through a working student role at functionHR GmbH, alongside experience in campus recruitment and HR functions at Amazon. Early career roles included internships at organizations such as PROUT AT WORK-Foundation and SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, where training development and administrative support were key responsibilities. Alessio holds a Master of Science in Economic and Organisational Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Münster.
