Hannah Maria Reif has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they were an Intern in CRM and Online Performance Marketing at audibene. In 2020, they were a Business Development Associate and Entrepreneur In Residence at Educaro | Employee & Remote first company. In 2021, they are the Founder's Associate at Luminovo, building transformative software to fix the electronics industry.

Hannah Maria Reif has a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which they obtained between 2017 and 2021. Hannah Maria also completed a semester abroad at NEOMA Business School in 2020, also in International Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2017, studying International Finance and Accounting.
