Sebastian Schaal

Sebastian Schaal has had a varied and accomplished career. Sebastian began their professional journey in 2012 as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation. In 2014, they moved to Siemens to take on the role of New Venture Development. Sebastian then worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in 2015. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at NavVis. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at Magazino GmbH and also became the Founder & Managing Director of Luminovo. In 2018, they became a Founding Member of the Deutscher KI-Verband e.V. Finally, in 2020, they became a Founders Pledge Member.

Sebastian Schaal has a diverse educational background. Sebastian started their studies in 2011 at the Technical University of Munich, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2015. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Minnesota, studying Electrical Engineering and Management. Sebastian then attended the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) and earned an Honours Degree in Technology Management in 2015. Later that same year, they began their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University, which they completed in 2016. Sebastian also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Munich in 2018.
